Kotak Mahindra Bank announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Kotak Mahindra Asset Management Company has executed definitive agreement to acquire the domestic schemes of PineBridge Mutual Fund.As of 31 August 2014, the assets under management (AUM) of Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund is approximately Rs 37000 crore and AUM of PineBridge Mutual Fund is approximately Rs 660 crore.
