Kinetiq will provide professional regulatory compliance consulting capabilities to KPIT customers, including software solutions engagements that require a Part 11 audit, program development, and implementation. Whereas, KPIT will complement Kinetiq's management consulting services with value-added custom software development, systems integration, application and infrastructure support outsourcing, testing-as-a service (TaaS), and project management.
