Kridhan Infra rose 4.90% to Rs 9.85 after the company's arm secured infra orders worth Rs 112 crore for Bengaluru International Airport.
Kridhan Infra (KIL) announced that its associate company, Vijay Nirman Company (VNC), has secured an order worth Rs 112 crore, for widening of Trumpet from 2 lanes to 4 lanes from Bengaluru City to Airport and back and other associated infrastructure work for Bengaluru International Airport.KIL currently owns approximately 41% stake in VNC and hence, VNC operates as an associate company of KIL. The announcement was made after market hours yesterday, 11 September 2019.
Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 31 points or 0.08% to 37301.64.
On the BSE, 2616 shares were traded in the counter so far compared with average daily volumes of 24707 shares in the past one quarter. The stock hit a high of Rs 9.85 and a low of Rs 9.85 so far during the day.
The stock hit a 52-week high of Rs 71.55 on 18 Sep 2018. The stock hit a 52-week low of Rs 8.13 on 05 Sep 2019.
The stock had underperformed the market over the past one month, falling 10.91% compared with 0.85% fall in the Sensex. It also underperformed the market in past one year, slumping 86.07% as against Sensex's 0.38% fall.
