Change in name and change in main business activity
KSS announced that the name of the Step Down Subsidiary of KSS i.e. K Sera Sera Consultancy is changed to KSS Speed Technology w.e.f 14 June 2016.Further the said Company i.e. KSS Speed Technology has now changed its Main Business Activity from Consultancy Services to Digital Cinema Service Provider.
