Lanco Infratech announced that Dr. Pamidi Kotaiah, Director of the Company retired by rotation at the 21st Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 26 September 2014. Accordingly Dr. Pamidi Kotaiah ceased to be a Director of the Company with effect from 26 September 2014.The Directors and the Shareholders of the Company have taken on record the valuable contribution rendered by Dr. Pamidi Kotaiah during his tenure as Director.
