Linc Pen & Plastics surges after NSE listing

Linc Pen & Plastics gained 7.66% to Rs 178.50 at 09:33 IST on BSE, after shares of the company were listed and admitted to dealings on the National Stock Exchange of India with effect from today, 9 March 2015.

The announcement was made after market hours yesterday, 9 March 2015.

Meanwhile, the BSE Sensex was up 6.73 points, or 0.02%, to 28,851.51

On BSE, so far 7,876 shares were traded in the counter as against an average daily volume of 19,943 shares in the past one quarter.

The stock hit a high of Rs 178.90 and a low of Rs 167 so far during the day. The stock had scaled a record high of Rs 219.40 on 4 December 2014. The stock had hit a 52-week low of Rs 49.60 on 19 March 2014.

 

The small-cap company has an equity capital of Rs 14.79 crore. Face value per share is Rs 10.

Linc Pen & Plastics' net profit rose 24.1% to Rs 3.14 crore on 4.3% fall in net sales to Rs 67.03 crore in Q3 December 2014 over Q3 December 2013.
