Lyka Labs allots warrants to promoter group

Lyka Labs announced that the directors of the company on 24 February 2015 have allotted 230000 warrants of Rs 28 each to N I Gandhi (HUF) and Enai Trading and Investment of Promoter Group aggregating 460000 warrants under Series - I on preferential basis with conversion to equity within a period of 18 months from the date of allotment
