Macrotech Developers Ltd lost 1.9% today to trade at Rs 1066.2. The S&P BSE Realty Index index is down 0.9% to quote at 3383.08. The index is down 4.22 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Indiabulls Real Estate Ltd decreased 1.05% and Godrej Properties Ltd lost 1.04% on the day. The S&P BSE Realty Index index went down 11.69 % over last one year compared to the 4.97% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
