Sales decline 8.46% to Rs 840.35 crore
Net profit of Mahanagar Telephone Nigam reported to Rs 9600.34 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against net loss of Rs 1985.93 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013. Sales declined 8.46% to Rs 840.35 crore in the quarter ended March 2014 as against Rs 918.01 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2013.For the full year,net profit reported to Rs 7825.13 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against net loss of Rs 5321.12 crore during the previous year ended March 2013. Sales declined 1.16% to Rs 3379.16 crore in the year ended March 2014 as against Rs 3418.87 crore during the previous year ended March 2013.
