Under scheme of arrangement
Mahindra & Mahindra has on 08 November 2017 allotted 5,03,888 equity shares of Rs 5 each to shareholders of Mahindra Two Wheelers under terms of the scheme of arrangement approved by NCLT on 18 October 2017.Consequent to this allotment, the paid up share capital stands increased to Rs 310.79 crore dividend into 62,15,96,272 equity shares of Rs 5 each.
