QIP issue closes on 05 December 2017; Issue price is Rs 440 per share
The Securities Issue Committee of the Board of Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services at its meeting held on 05 December 2017 has inter alia, -
a. Approved the closure of the QIP on 05 December 2017.
b. Approved the issue price of Rs. 440 per Equity Share, for the Equity Shares to be allotted to eligible qualified institutional buyers pursuant to the QIP; and
c. Approved and adopted the Placement Document dated 5 December, 2017, in connection with the QIP
