Mahindra & Mahindra announced that Mahindra Agri Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company ("MASL") has on 05 December 2016 agreed to acquire upto 60% of the equity share capital of OFD Holding BV ("OFD), a fruit distribution company based in Netherlands.
