Maithan Alloys announced that Aditya Agarwalla has tendered resignation from the office of Whole-time Director & Chief Financial Officer of the Company due to his pre-occupation.He shall cease to be Whole-time Director & Chief Financial Officer from the close of working hours of 30 September 2016.
