From Fitch Ratings and S&P
Manappuram Finance announced that on 27 November 2019 international credit rating agencies viz Fitch Ratings and S&P have assigned the following ratings to the Company for the proposed issue of debt instruments in the form of US dollar denominated senior notes bonds (the Notes) by the establishment of a Euro medium term note programme(EMTN Programme):

Issuer Rating - 'BB-' Long Term and 'B' Short Term with 'Stable' Outlook
Fitch Ratings
Long Term Foreign Currency Issuer Default Rating and Long Term Local Currency Issuer Default Rating - BB- with Stable Outlook
