Mangal Credit & Fincorp has allotted 11,27,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a price of Rs 36.45 per share on preferential basis to promoters/ non-promoters and allotted 41,00,000 convertible warrants at a price of Rs 36.45 per warrant on preferential basis to promoters / non-promoters.Pursuant to the above allotment of equity shares, the equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs 15,81,39,860.
