With effect from 31 January 2016
Mangalore Refinery and Petrochemicals announced that the following changes in the Board of Directors of the Company, pursuant to Regulation 68(2) read with sub-regulation (A)(4)(a) of Part C of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015:1. Vishnu Agrawal, has demitted the office of Director (Finance) w.e.f. 31 January 2016, on attaining the age of superannuation.
2. A. K. Sahoo has been appointed as Director (Finance) w.e.f. 01 February 2016. A. K. Sahoo has assumed the office of Director (Finance) of the Company on forenoon of 01 February2016.
