Among the other constituents of the index, Castrol India Ltd increased 3.68% and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd added 3.28% on the day. The S&P BSE Energy index went down 9.1 % over last one year compared to the 18.44% fall in benchmark SENSEX.
