Joshi, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer has resigned from the services of the Company from the closing business hours on 17 November 2014.Further, the Company has appointed Mihir Mehta, a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company.
