For the Audited full year,net profit reported to Rs 12.39 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against net loss of Rs 23.80 crore during the previous year ended March 2012. Sales declined 17.63% to Rs 304.71 crore in the year ended March 2013 as against Rs 369.95 crore during the previous year ended March 2012.
