Marico Kaya Enterprises announced that Board of Directors of the Company have fixed 27 May 2015 as the record date for the purpose of determining the shareholders of MaKE to whom shares of Kaya will be issued and allotted in accordance with Clause 5.1 of the Scheme in the following manner - 1 (One) fully paid-up Equity Share of Rs 10 (Rupees Ten) each of Kaya shall be issued and allotted for every 1 (One) fully paid-up Equity Shares of Rs 10 (Rupees Ten) each held in MaKE.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
