Current FY to end on 31 March 2016
Mawana Sugars announced that the Board of Directors vide its resolution dated September 29, 2014 had resolved to align the financial year of the Company to end on 31 March every year to comply with the provisions of section 2(41) of the Companies Act, 2013.Accordingly, the current financial year of the Company shall consist of 15 months period and shall end on 31 March 2016.
