At board meeting held on 30 July 2016
Maximaa Systems announced that the Board of Directors of the Company have in their meeting held on 30 July 2016 appointed Snehal Tondwalkar, Company Secretary as "Compliance Officer" in terms of Regulation 6(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 w.e.f. 30 July 2016 in place of Dixita Patel who was earlier the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.Powered by Capital Market - Live News
