Mcleod Russel India announced that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on 23 May 2014, inter alia, for the following purposes:1. To consider and approve the Company's Audited Balance Sheet as on 31 March 2014 and the Statement of Profit & Loss for the year ended on that date together with relative Notes thereon.
2. To consider recommendation of Dividend, if any.
3. To consider, approve and take on record the Company's Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year ended 31 March 2014.
