At board meeting held on 31 December 2105
Medicamen Biotech announced that the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 31 December 2015 had appointed Rahul Bishnoi as Additional Director, Ashwani Kumar Sharma as additional Director, Harish Pande additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director, Usha Pande as additional director in the capacity of the independent Director and Suresh Kumar Singh as additional director of the Company.Further, resignation has been tender by Rajinder Kumar Gupta, Harshita and Kanhaiya Lal Garg from Directorship of the Company.
