Midwest Gold announced that Thirumalesh Tumma Company Secretary & Compliance officer has resigned and was relieved from the Company w.e.f closure of business hours of 14 October 2016. Pursuant to the Regulation 6(1) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 B.S.
