MIRC Electronics announced that Aashay Khandwala, Head-Corporate Affairs, Legal & Company Secretary and Compliance Officer has resigned from the Company with effect from close of working hours on 15 May 2015 to pursue better opportunities outside the organization.Further the Company note that Muthu Elango, CFO of the Company has been designated as a Compliance Officer with immediate effect.
