Mold-Tek Packaging announced that in respect of the QIP, the QIP Committee (the "Committee") of the Company has at its meeting held on 03 February 2015, inter alia, approved the following:1. Closure of the QIP on 03 February 2015;
2. Adopted the Placement Document ("PD") dated 03 February 2015 in connection with the QIP;
3. Allotment of 24,98,350 equity shares at issue price of Rs. 220.17/- per share.
