With effect from 01 September 2015
Morarjee Textiles announced that the Company have appointed Sanjeev Singh Sengar, as Company Secretary as well as Compliance Officer of the Company as per section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Clause 47(a) of Equity Listing Agreement with effect from 01 September 2015.The appointment of Sanjeev Singh Sengar has been made as Compliance Officer in place of Subhashchandra Kashimpuria who has now ceased to be the Company's Compliance Officer.
