Morepen Laboratories standalone net profit declines 42.52% in the March 2018 quarter

Sales rise 9.22% to Rs 158.22 crore

Net profit of Morepen Laboratories declined 42.52% to Rs 4.11 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 7.15 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017. Sales rose 9.22% to Rs 158.22 crore in the quarter ended March 2018 as against Rs 144.87 crore during the previous quarter ended March 2017.

For the full year,net profit rose 12.73% to Rs 26.12 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 23.17 crore during the previous year ended March 2017. Sales rose 2.43% to Rs 560.83 crore in the year ended March 2018 as against Rs 547.51 crore during the previous year ended March 2017.
