Moser Baer (India) announced that the Board of Directors has approved that the Company will now close its current Financial Year on December, 2014 for a period of twelve months (i.e. from 01 January 2014 to 31 December 2014).Further the Company has informed that, earlier the Board of Directors of the Company had in its meeting held on 13 November 2014 decided to close the Financial Year on 31 March 2015 for a period of 15 months.
