V Suryanarayanan, will continue as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) until 14 May 2020, and will be available for transition support, until he retires in October 2020. Suryanarayanan will continue as an executive vice president - finance. The announcement was made after trading hours yesterday, 16 March 2020.Mphasis' consolidated net profit rose 7.42% to Rs 293.60 crore on a 5.49% rise in net sales to Rs 2,276.72 crore in Q3 December 2019 over Q2 September 2020.
Mphasis' segments include banking and capital market, insurance, information technology, communication and entertainment and emerging industries. The geographical segments include United States of America, India, Asia Pacific and Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Shares of Mphasis declined 1.87% to Rs 674. The stock traded in the range of Rs 700 to Rs 655 so far. The stock hit 52-week low at Rs 655 during intraday trade.
