Natco Pharma leads gainers on BSE's 'A' group

Ipca Laboratories, Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals, Advanced Enzyme Technologies and Bata India are among the other gainers in the BSE's 'A' group today, 4 October 2017.

Meanwhile, the S&P BSE Sensex was up 185.57 points, or 0.59% to 31,682.95.

Natco Pharma surged 20% at Rs 954.35. The stock topped the gainers in 'A' group. On the BSE, 2.09 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 37,000 shares in the past two weeks.

Ipca Laboratories spurted 7.35% at Rs 530.15. The stock was the second biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 74,000 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 1.12 lakh shares in the past two weeks.

 

Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers & Chemicals jumped 7.29% at Rs 347.90. The stock was the third biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 9.89 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 1.87 lakh shares in the past two weeks.

Advanced Enzyme Technologies climbed 6.08% at Rs 266.20. The stock was the fourth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 1.54 lakh shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 47,000 shares in the past two weeks.

Bata India rose 5.29% at Rs 732.05. The stock was the fifth biggest gainer in 'A' group. On the BSE, 68,000 shares were traded on the counter so far as against the average daily volumes of 33,000 shares in the past two weeks.
