National Aluminium Company Ltd lost 3.72% today to trade at Rs 40.1. The S&P BSE Metal index is down 1.25% to quote at 8782.31. The index is down 0.53 % over last one month. Among the other constituents of the index, Hindalco Industries Ltd decreased 2.39% and Vedanta Ltd lost 1.67% on the day. The S&P BSE Metal index went down 31.4 % over last one year compared to the 11.1% surge in benchmark SENSEX.
