National Fertilizers announced that its Joint Venture Company titled as "Ramagundam Fertilizers and Chemicals" has been incorporated on 17 February 2015 with Registered Office at Scope Complex, Core-Ill, 7 Institutional Area, Lodhi Road, New Delhi - 110 003. National Fertilizers , Engineers India and Fertilizer Corporation of India are promoters of the Joint Venture Company.National Fertilizers (NFL), Engineers India (EIL) and Fertilizer Corporation of India (FCIL) had signed a Joint Venture Agreement on 14 January 2015 for setting up new Ammonia and Urea Plants of 2200 MT per day and 3850 MT per day capacity respectively at the existing site of Ramagundam Fertilizer Plant in Distt. Karim Nagar in Telangana.
