With effect from 01 December 2016
National General Industries announced that Vandana Gupta has been appointed as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. 01 December 2016 after resignation of Ashok Kumar Mehandiratta w.e.f. 30 November 2016.Further, also note that Vandana Gupta shall be acting as Compliance Officer of the Company in place of Ashok Kumar Mehandiratta.
