Navin Fluorine corrects on profit selling

Navin Fluorine International declined 0.98% to Rs 1611, snapping its three-day winning run.

Shares of Navin Fluorine International jumped 15% in just three trading sessions to Rs 1627 on 27 April 2020 from its previous closing low of Rs 1415.3 on 22 April 2020.

Recent buying emerged after the company announced re-commencement of operations at its facilities at Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh, from 14 April 2020 after obtaining necessary government approvals.

The stock has risen 31.55% from its closing low of Rs 1224.65 hit on 31 March 2020. The Nifty has risen 9.04% in the same period.

Navin Fluorine International is one of the manufacturers of speciality fluorochemicals. On a consolidated basis, net profit rose 16.8% to Rs 45.13 crore in Q3 December 2019 as against Rs 38.63 crore reported in Q3 December 2018. Net sales grew 11.4% year-on year (YoY) to Rs 260.50.
