Navin Fluorine International allots 4060 equity shares

Under ESOP

Navin Fluorine International has allotted 4060 equity shares of the company on 03 July 2021 under ESOP.

With this allotment, the paid-up share capital of the Company has increased to Rs 9,90,17,775/- consisting of 4,95,01,610 fully paid-up equity shares of face value of Rs 2/- each and 14,555 partly paid equity shares of face value Rs 2/- each, on which Rs 1/- per share paid-up (Out of these 14,555 shares, in-principle approval for listing of 5,635 shares upon conversion from partly paid to fully paid has been received, the Company is in the process of obtaining corporate action approvals).
