The National Company Law Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench vide order dated 20 June 2019 has commenced Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process in respect of Sujana Universal Industries under provision of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Nethi Shetty has been appointed as Interim Resolution Professional with effect from 26 June 2019 and consequently, the power of the Board of the company have been suspended.
