Under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016
IVRCL announced that the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process initiated by the State Bank of India against the company under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code 2016 has been admitted by the National Company Law Tribunal vide order dated 23 February 2018.
