Nectar Lifesciences on Tuesday, 14 April 2020, announced that it has started limited operations of its API (active pharmaceutical ingredient) plants in Derabassi, Punjab.
The company, however, said that its plants in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh are still inoperational due to lack of manpower and logistics issues.
Nectar Lifesciences' consolidated net profit tanked 24.66% to Rs 8.22 crore on a 11.55% fall in net sales to Rs 647.96 crore in Q3 December 2019 over Q3 December 2018.
Nectar Lifesciences is engaged in manufacturing and delivering pharmaceutical products.
Shares of Nectar Lifesciences declined 3.73% to close at Rs 15.23 on BSE on Monday, 13 April 2020. The stock has risen 111.52% from its record low of Rs 7.20 hit on 13 March 2020.
The stock exchanges are closed today, 14 April 2020, on account of Ambedkar Jayanti.
