Current FY extended till 31 March 2016
NELCO announced that the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai has granted approval for extension of financial year by 6 months in order to align the financial year as per the provisions of Companies Act, 2013.The present financial year of the Company has been extended by six months, accordingly, the financial statements will be for a period of 18 months commencing from 01 October 2014 and ending 31 March 2016.
The Company will publish its unaudited financial results for the 4th quarter ended 30 September 2015 within the specified period.
