Balla Swamy, General Manager, The New India Assurance Co. and Susmita Mukheljee, General Manager, United India Insurance Co., as Directors on the Board of The New India Assurance Co., for a period of three years from the date of assumption of office, or upto the date of superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
