Turnover on NSE's F&O segment declines
The Nifty December 2017 futures traded at 10352, a premium of 29.75 points over Nifty's spot closing of 10322.25 in the cash market.
Turnover on the National Stock Exchange's futures & options (F&O) segment declined to Rs 3.33 lakh crore, compared with the turnover of Rs 3.71 lakh crore registered in the previous session.
In the cash market, the Nifty 50 index advanced 56.60 points or 0.55% to settle at 10,322.25.
Tata Global Beverages, State Bank of India (SBI), DLF, Reliance Industries (RIL) and Bharti Airtel were the top traded individual stock futures contracts in F&O segment of NSE. Tata Global Beverages December 2017 futures traded at 299.40, at a premium over spot closing of 297.85. SBI December 2017 futures traded at 319.05, at a premium over spot closing of 318.05.
DLF December 2017 futures traded at 239.90, at a premium over spot closing of 239.25. RIL December 2017 futures traded at 921, at a premium compared with spot closing of 916.50. Bharti Airtel December 2017 futures traded at 535.70, at a premium over spot closing of 533.10.
