Turnover drops
Nifty July 2014 futures were at 7832.90, near spot closing of 7830.60. Turnover on NSE's futures & options (F&O) segment declined to Rs 237615.70 crore from Rs 238299.58 crore on Wednesday, 23 July 2014.
Reliance Capital July 2014 futures were at 617.40, at a premium over spot closing of 615.30.
Tata Steel July 2014 futures were at 569.25, at a premium over spot closing of 567.95.
Century Textiles & Industries July 2014 futures were at 640.70, at a premium over spot closing of 638.90.
In the spot market, the 50-unit CNX Nifty rose 34.85 points or 0.45% to settle at 7,830.60, a record closing high.
The July 2014 derivatives contracts expire on 31 July 2014.
