Turnover drops
Nifty June 2014 futures were at 7230, near spot closing of 7229.95. Turnover on NSE's futures & options (F&O) segment declined to Rs 113712.49 crore from Rs 405027.95 crore on Thursday, 29 May 2014.
HDFC Bank June 2014 futures were at 791.65, at a discount compared to spot closing of 793.
Aurobindo Pharma June 2014 futures were at 656.80, at a premium over spot closing of 653.20.
Yes Bank June 2014 futures were at 565.50, at a discount compared to spot closing of 568.
In the spot market, the 50-unit CNX Nifty dropped 5.70 points or 0.08% to settle at 7229.95, its lowest closing level since 16 May 2014.
The June 2014 derivatives contracts expire on 26 June 2014.
