Turnover rises
Nifty June 2014 futures were at 7370.95, near spot closing of 7362.50. Turnover on NSE's futures & options (F&O) segment rose to Rs 133046.77 crore from Rs 113712.49 crore on Friday, 30 May 2014.
State Bank of India June 2014 futures were at 2663, at a premium over spot closing of 2647.
Reliance Capital June 2014 futures were at 589, at a premium over spot closing of 584.65.
L&T June 2014 futures were at 1654.40, at a premium over spot closing of 1649.
In the spot market, the 50-unit CNX Nifty surged 132.55 points or 1.83% to settle at 7,362.50, its highest closing level since 23 May 2014.
The June 2014 derivatives contracts expire on 26 June 2014.
