Turnover on NSE's F&O segment rises
The June 2017 futures on the Nifty 50 index traded at 9,609.10, a small premium of 4.20 points compared with the Nifty's spot closing of 9,604.90.
Turnover on the National Stock Exchange's futures & options (F&O) segment rose to Rs 4.26 lakh crore, from Rs 3.6 lakh crore registered during previous trading session.
In the cash market, the Nifty 50 index rose 9.80 points or 0.1% to settle at 9,604.90, its record closing high.
Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, DLF, Tata Steel, Reliance Capital and Reliance Industries (RIL) were the top traded individual stock futures contracts in F&O segment of NSE. Sun Pharma June 2017 futures traded at 503.25, at a premium over spot closing of 500.20.
DLF June 2017 futures traded at 176.30, at a premium over spot closing of 175.15. Tata Steel June 2017 futures traded at 510, at a premium compared with spot closing of 507.05.

Reliance Capital June 2017 futures traded at 545.65, at a premium compared with spot closing of 543.15. RIL June 2017 futures traded at 1,352.75, at a discount over spot closing of 1,355.25.
The June 2017 F&O contracts will expire on 29 June 2017.
