Turnover on NSE's F&O segment drops
The Nifty June 2018 futures traded at 10,671.30, a discount of 24.90 points compared with the Nifty's spot closing of 10,696.20 in the cash market.
Turnover on the National Stock Exchange's futures & options (F&O) segment dropped to Rs 5.12 lakh crore, compared with the turnover of Rs 18.34 lakh crore registered in the previous session.
The May 2018 F&O contracts expired yesterday, 31 May 2018. The June 2018 F&O contracts will expire on 28 June 2018.
In the cash market, the Nifty 50 index fell 39.95 points or 0.37% to settle at 10,696.20.
