Turnover on NSE's F&O segment rises
The Nifty November 2017 futures traded at 10,351.90, a premium of 25 points over Nifty's spot closing of 10,326.90 in the cash market.
Turnover on the National Stock Exchange's futures & options (F&O) segment rose to Rs 4.95 lakh crore as compared with the turnover of Rs 3.69 lakh crore registered in the previous session.
In the cash market, the Nifty 50 index rose 28.15 points or 0.27% to settle at 10,326.90.
Tata Global Beverages, Reliance Industries (RIL), Tata Steel, State Bank of India and Titan Company were the top traded individual stock futures contracts in F&O segment of NSE. Tata Global Beverages November 2017 futures traded at 273.85, at a premium compared with spot closing of 273.50. RIL November 2017 futures traded at 935, at a premium compared with spot closing of 932.05.
Tata Steel November 2017 futures traded at 714.10, at a premium over spot closing of 711.25. SBI November 2017 futures traded at 331.60, at a premium compared with spot closing of 330.30. Titan Company November 2017 futures traded at 819.50, near spot closing of 819.45.
