Nimbus Foods Industries announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 29 December 2015 has decided following matters :- Appointed Faruk Diwan who is member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company w.e.f. 29 December 2015.
